Data Management
Once meters are installed and programmed, daily reads are available for analysis. Prior to the start of billing, several clients choose to evaluate and analyze consumption data via our data management service.
Data is available via ista's Property Management Interface (PMI). The PMI website is designed to provide easy access to our reporting services and empower our partners to access data whenever needed. This website is designed to provide flexibility ensuring it meets your evolving business requirements. ista can quickly build new reports to support these business needs. The PMI website allows the client to run consumption reports for a selected period (e.g. quarterly, monthly, weekly, or daily).
All reports are available to access on demand within the PMI website. Reports are downloadable into Microsoft Excel, PDF, CSV, and several other formats for additional analysis or use. The following section lists our current data management reports:
- Consumption report by property, unit, and profile
- Sum of consumption at a unit level for defined period
- Sum of consumption at a property level for defined period
- Meter read audit report by property, unit, and profile
- Consumption reports with billing charges to simulate utility billing
- Consumption vs. baseline
Additional reports are available as needed.
