Alpharetta, Ga—ista North America introduces a flexible Full Service Maintenance (FSM) program designed specifically for today’s economy.  Customers can now choose from three packages—Gold, Silver and Bronze—in order to receive the maintenance and support for their utility submetering hardware needs at a price they can afford.

When submetering system hardware fails, properties are at risk for lost revenue. At some point, maintenance can no longer be deferred.  Often triggered by catastrophic failure of older systems, large scale repairs can be costly budget busters. And because many states do not allow estimated meter readings for utility billing to last longer than 30 days, properties face the costly dilemma of what to do in a time crunch.

According to Phil Neeves, Vice President of Field Operations, the new Full Service Maintenance Program is great news for ista customers. “Customers need maintenance support. But with budget cuts all around, some will sacrifice service for savings. With our new Full Service Maintenance program, customers don’t have to sacrifice anything. They can select the tier that fits their budget and know that their submetering hardware investments will be protected.”
