ista North America Realigns Divisions; Appoints Ruediger Neubauer as CEO
ALPHARETTA, Ga & Essen, Germany—(BUSINESS WIRE) ista North America announced today the realignment of its E:SO division and Multifamily Solutions Group (MSG) in order to offer a broader spectrum of products and services. This realignment also brings new leadership. Ruediger Neubauer, currently serving as CEO of E:SO, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of ista North America, managing both of these divisions.
Mr. Neubauer brings great stability to the company as a respected and experienced leader in the industry. Ruediger’s 29 years experience with ista, and more than 10 years of U.S.-based submetering and energy billing experience provide a strong leader to renew and invigorate the Multifamily Solutions Group at ista. Mr. Neubauer’s extensive experience improving infrastructures and implementing software solutions resulted in the remarkable success of ista North America’s Utility Solutions Group (USG), now a core component of E:SO. Mr. Neubauer served as Executive Vice President of USG of ista and as managing director for ista in Germany, Poland, France and Italy.
Mr. Neubauer‘s new role as head of the Multifamily Solutions Group (MSG) and E:SO assures ista North America customers improved quality through innovation. While both will remain independent groups focused on their respective customer segments, the unified leadership will enable ista to combine and consolidate functions to offer a broad spectrum of opportunities to new and current customers.
E:SO’s team, with their proven history of delivering innovative solutions and profitable growth, will bring new products and services to MSG. E:SO has deployed sophisticated web portals for commercial clients that have saved clients millions of dollars through optimized energy use and operations. E:SO is currently expanding the portals for commercial and residential use by integrating on-site hardware to increase energy awareness and manage energy usage. E:SO’s strong (12+ year) experience in electronic data interchange (EDI) will enable a new level of efficiency and stability to MSG’s integration with clients systems and third party providers.
Commenting on his new position, Mr. Neubauer said, “By combining the strengths of these two groups, we create a unified force designed to solve the challenges of energy commerce and utility expense management not found elsewhere within one company.” <ins></ins>
ista customers will benefit from increased revenues and be empowered to control expenses by leveraging their existing technology investments and processes. And where applicable, customers will enjoy the benefits of ista’s 100-plus years of experience in submetering, billing and utility expense management programs.
“This is an exciting new direction for current ista clients and the markets we serve,” Mr. Neubauer continued, “We now offer a broader scope of services and proven technology designed to save money, save power and utilities, while helping companies to achieve their ‘green’ initiatives.”
