ista's Regulatory Department features an in-house General Counsel and dedicated, experienced regulatory personnel. The Regulatory Team monitors introduced and pending legislation that impacts the submetering and utility billing industry. We establish working relationships with all appropriate government agencies with authority or jurisdiction over our industry and coordinate lobbying efforts on the above-referenced legislation. 

ista's legal team is extremely active in drafting state and local legislation and working with government agencies to develop supportive regulations.
