Our ista culture
Our corporate values, the Shared Values, serve as a guideline for everyday work and help our employees to make decisions. They apply to every single individual-but in particular to managers for whom the Shared Values are intended to be a guide in their daily work and in the leadership of their team.
We provide a continuous flow of information to our employees. There is a constant distribution of information that includes, e-mail, company newsletters, internet, an engagement survey, all employee meetings and company sponsored events.
Our regular and worldwide staff survey supports this exchange of information. The results are analyzed systematically and with specific measures we create an even more motivating working environment.
We are also a strong team aside from our daily work: each year our employees rise to a special challenge-the ista Soccer Cup. Alongside the sporting competition, this soccer tournament has developed into a symbol for international co-operation and team work, and its effects go far beyond the actual event.
